Michelle Cirrincione is no stranger to the restaurant business. While other kids were riding tricycles in their backyards, Michelle was big wheeling it through the kitchens and coolers at her family's restaurant, Chicago's famed Ristorante and Pizzeria, Suparossa.

Now all grown up and running her own division of the company, Michelle has culled an amazing team of Chefs, Event Planners and Designers. Her vision leads the pack as C Catering Boutique becomes Chicago's latest and greatest up-and-coming catering firm.

Chef Danny Vacarro leads the C Catering Boutique culinary team with over 28 years of experience. A graduate of one of Chicago's oldest culinary schools, Washburne Culinary Institute, Chef Danny has been featured on CNN and had the pleasure of serving celebrities like Gene Simmons, Sandra Bullock, Mayor Richard Daley and President George H. W. Bush.

Joining us in 1991, Chef Danny has maintained the level of outstanding customer service, dedication and pride the Cirrincione Family is known for. A small private dinner or a wedding reception for 300+, Chef Danny can always be found with a smile, an apron and full platter of something fantastic!
